All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and verified.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SMKN GODDESS does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

SMKN GODDESS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship using trusted third-party carriers. Carrier selection is determined at checkout based on location and service availability.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

SMKN GODDESS is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

SMKN GODDESS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@smkngoddess.com.

To assist with resolution, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved cases will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
